4. Delivery Timeframes

5. If You’re Not Home

  • If delivery can’t be completed, the courier/post will leave a card with pickup instructions.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind (common in the adult retail industry due to hygiene/safety standards).

  • Please check product details carefully before purchase.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially not as described, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

    • Clear photos (if relevant)

3. Return Approval Required

  • Customers will receive an RMA/returns number & instructions for how to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping
